As part of the General Manager Pathway Program, you’ll join a group of future leaders on a hands-on journey that prepares you to take the lead in building and growing a market — by taking full ownership of key business challenges  from day one.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Own and run the business

  • You will own full P&L responsibility in one of Glovo’s key markets or business units.

  • You will define and execute strategies to win — whether by growing top-line revenue, improving operational efficiency, or defending against new competitors.

2. Lead high-performing teams

  • You will hire, coach, and lead top talent across Commercial, Operations, Strategy, and Finance.

  • You will shape organizational structures and lead people to perform at their best.

3. Grow across functions and markets

  • You’ll rotate through key leadership roles (Head of Operations, Head of Commercial, etc.) based on your learning curve and business needs. 

  • You will relocate to different markets to seize business opportunities and accelerate your career growth.

4. Make the big calls

  • You will solve complex, real-world problems under time pressure and uncertainty.

  • You will shape long-term strategies and help your team navigate the execution with clarity and speed.
