Role Overview: As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new restaurants to join our platform. In addition to sales activities, you will oversee the incubation and account management process for newly acquired vendors for a period of one month to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and sustained business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Leads: Handle incoming inquiries from potential restaurant owners interested in joining our platform.

  • Offline Search: Research and identify potential restaurant partners through offline channels such as local directories, industry events, and referrals.

  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, providing them with information about our services, benefits, and pricing.

  • Qualify Leads: Assess the suitability of potential partners based on our criteria, ensuring they meet our quality standards.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone, demonstrating the value of joining our platform.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners, addressing their concerns and objections effectively.

  • Onboarding: Assist in onboarding, ensuring partners have all the necessary information and resources to get started.

  • Meet Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and KPIs.
