Legal Counsel - Romania

Glovo keeps growing day after day , that's why we are looking for a hands-on Lawyer that will work with the local and HQ Legal Team of the company on managing the day to day implications in the business in Romania.

 Have a 360º role, providing legal support to all departments of the business in Romania. 

• Assess and advice on the launch of new verticals, projects, commercial activities and operations challenges
• Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with the regulations applicable to Glovo’s business (including privacy, labor, compliance, regulated products and others)
• Review, analyses, negotiate and draft all kind of contracts with all the players involved in the business
• Other Glovo countries like Moldova will also be included in the candidate’s scope.
• Get your hands dirty – when there is a problem, you will find a way to fix it
