YOUR MISSION

As Head of Tech Talent Acquisition, you will define and drive the long-term talent strategy enabling our Product, Engineering, and Data organizations to scale with quality, speed, and diversity.

You will lead a team of senior recruiters, building a high-performing TA function that acts as a strategic partner to executive leadership. You will shape how we attract, assess, and hire world-class technical talent, ensuring our hiring capabilities are a competitive advantage for the business.

This role is focused on building scalable systems, elevating leadership capability within the TA organization, and influencing executive decision-making around workforce planning, org design, and talent investments.

 

THE JOURNEY

  • Translate business priorities into scalable hiring strategies across Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and emerging technical domains
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior Tech leadership on org design, hiring roadmaps and talent market trends
  • Define operating rhythms, performance standards, and career paths that elevate recruiting as a strategic discipline
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Tech Recruiters, setting clear standards for quality, speed, stakeholder management, and candidate experience
  • Balance delivery and leadership - allocating roles effectively while stepping in where impact is highest
  • Elevate hiring quality through structured assessments, calibration practices, and strong bar-raising culture
  • Leverage data and market intelligence to improve funnel health, time-to-hire, diversity representation, and hiring predictability
  • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies, employer branding within tech communities, and candidate experience
  • Partner with leadership, marketing, and employer branding teams to build compelling narratives that attract top talent
