Job Overview

  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in a wide range of recruitment related activities.

  • Perform efficient interview scheduling for stakeholders in APAC regional team.

  • Generation and issuance of employment contracts to candidates.

  • Handle vendor invoicing and related administrative tasks.

  • Ensure all systems (e.g. Smartrecruiter ATS) and trackers are correctly updated.

  • Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

  • Contribute to various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
