- As an Associate Analyst, you will work closely with seasoned consultants on a variety of internal as well as client projects and proposals, gaining valuable knowledge into consulting.

We are the CIO’s best friend; which could entail making blueprints for how an organisation's IT department functions, overseeing a collection of projects and initiatives to ensure they align with the organisation's goals, finding and managing external vendors or service providers to supply IT services or products, outline how technology will be used to support the organisation's goals, mapping out the relationships between business processes, data, applications, and technology. Overall, we support developing the vision and strategy for digital transformations that enable collaboration between business and IT.

Market Offering 1: Business of Technology (BoT)
- Design IT operating models including everything from strategy, governance models and processes, delivery models, to mapping of applications and tooling
- Perform maturity assessments of IT capabilities including areas like Engineering & Operations, Product Management & Design, Enterprise Architecture, Strategy & Portfolio Management, Data & Analytics, Cyber and Security
- Analyze and optimize IT Financial Management
- Perform IT cost review and design of IT cost reduction initiatives and benchmarking
- Analyze sourcing contracts for re-negotiation, set up a vendor management function or support both public or private sector clients in an RFP and review process
Market Offering 2: Tech Strategy, Vision & Architecture (TSVA)
- Design and develop digital strategies with our clients
- Design, prepare and complete inspiration and content workshops for our clients on the latest tech trends and the impact they have on their businesses
- Research, understand and communicate significant market and technology trends to our clients and
- Support the mapping of business and enterprise architecture landscapes to enable simplification and optimization initiatives
- Design and develop large business and architectural changes based on agile architecting, architecting scenarios and more
- Explore how the newest technologies can be applied to build new value streams and solve client issues
Market Offering 3: Enterprise Transformation & Agility (ETA)
- Help lead our clients through their transformation journey from strategy to implementation
- Plan and deliver large technology transformation programs and -projects
- Design and implement Lean IT Portfolio Management
- Support clients in their agile transformation
- Deliver agile coaching and training on how to implement an agile mindset
