As a HR Business Advisor for Enabling Functions in Deloitte Denmark, you will drive and support HR matters across a diverse group of managers and teams. Some of these teams are operating across the Nordics and others are operating across Denmark. In your role, you will guide and advise management, drive the performance set-up, and implement strategic people initiatives – in close collaboration with the senior management team in Enabling Functions.
In this role, you will make an impact by:
Advising and guiding management on people – and leadership matters (e.g. performance management, talent pipelines, well-being, exit & retention analysis)
Running the yearly HR-activities incl. engagement survey, upward feedback, and performance set-up
Being involved in designing, planning, and implementing new people initiatives
Analyzing and interpreting HR data and key figures and facilitating dialogue across teams
Being part of the HR Business Advisor team and provide support on cross-functional HR initiatives and processes
Onboarding of new leaders
Driving decision making and initiatives in HR related matters
