Junior Consultant to M&A Transaction Services (Malmö) - Aug 2026

In M&A Transaction Services we support our clients in connection to acquisition or sale of companies by providing insightful financial analysis. Our work involves reviewing historical trading and balance sheets, assessing forecast consistency, and evaluating operational and financial assets and liabilities to help clients make well-informed decisions. Our clients include both domestic and international private equity firms and strategic corporates. 

As an Consultant in our M&A Transaction Services team, you will contribute by analysing financial data, preparing agendas for management interviews, and drafting due diligence reports. We highly value teamwork and collaboration, and you will work closely with experienced colleagues who will support your growth and development. Throughout your work, you are expected to demonstrate professionalism, integrity and a strong work ethic. This role offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in managing due diligence processes for both buyers and sellers of companies.
