Senior Manager to Deloitte’s Business Finance team (Malmö)

As part of Deloitte’s Business Finance offering, you will help clients across various industries solve complex challenges related to the CFO area, in collaboration with colleagues in Deloitte’s local and global network. The focus of the work lies within areas such as performance management, planning, budgeting & forecasting, consolidation, group reporting, management analytics, and business partnering - supported by leading technologies.

We are looking for an experienced project leader who wants to drive assignments in advisory services to CFOs with a focus on Business Finance. The role includes:

• Identify customer priorities and needs, and analyze challenges to translate them into concrete and value-creating solutions
• Design and implement new operating models that encompass technology, data, processes, organizational structure, and governance
• Ensure comprehensive delivery of consulting projects by leading cross-functional teams in an inclusive and engaging team culture
• Actively contribute to the development of our Business Finance offering and strengthen Deloitte’s position as a strategic partner to CFOs
• Participate in business development through customer dialogues, thought leadership, industry events, and internal competence development
