Do you have experience with IT and customer service, and want to deliver high-level service to employees in a global company? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment with many different tasks, and have a desire to work in an organization with many possibilities? Then you might be our new Nordic Support Consultant.

You will join The Nordic Support team which consists of 26 talents, where we have a wide collaboration with Deloitte's employees. Currently our team Nordic Support, which includes colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Finland Norway and Iceland, is transforming from local support desks to centralized entity in order to support end users across all the Nordic countries. This is an exciting and new process that you will be a part of.  We support processes across our Nordic offices and business areas. This includes everything from digitization to communication, technology, and infrastructure with strategy, business development as well as program management and project management.

Exciting tasks awaits you
You will support employees in all the Nordic countries. You will be in the position to perform IT support and tasks of a diverse nature which includes:

  • Optimization and strengthening of our Deloitte systems and applications
  • Assist setting up computers and installation of software
  • Support the Nordic end-users by phone, ITSM and physical inquiries in our office
  • Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues
  • Experience & develop documentation of processes and knowledge sharing
  • Work with technical issues
