Manager to our Banking & Financial Services Engineering Team

Are you an experienced Agile Transformation Change Leader or Agile Delivery specialist with a passion for banking? Deloitte AB in Stockholm is looking for talented professionals with 4-6 years of experience to join our team and help drive agile change within the financial services sector.

In this role, you will be key to accelerating agile transformations and delivering agile projects that empower our banking clients to enhance efficiency, innovation, and business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement agile operating models tailored to complex banking environments.

What You’ll Do

• Build, test, and implement technology solutions for leading banks and financial institutions.
• Work in Agile delivery teams, supporting iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Drive transformation projects in core banking, payments, cards, lending, compliance, and risk management.
• Collaborate across Deloitte’s Swedish and global practices to deliver future-proofed solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, contributing to product roadmaps and delivery.
• Ensure that technical solutions meet business needs as well as security and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and coach defined projects and smaller teams, fostering collaboration, driving performance, and ensuring successful delivery of objectives.
