OT/ ICS Security Professional (Cyber Security)

Your role

You will play a key role in helping clients navigate the complex and constantly evolving landscape of operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS) cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on OT/ICS cybersecurity strategies, implementing robust security controls tailored to critical infrastructure environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as NIST, IEC 62443, and sector-specific regulations, and assisting clients in strengthening their overall OT/ICS security posture while maintaining operational continuity.

You won’t be working alone as you will collaborate with both our global and local teams of cyber professionals, bringing a balanced mix of technical, legal, and business expertise to support you.

As an experienced Cyber professional, you will contribute to client engagements, build trusted relationships with clients, collaborate with teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions, help enhance our service offerings, and create innovative approaches to meet growing demand in an international environment.

As part of our Cyber team, your role may include:

• Contributing to, or leading client projects by developing and implementing cybersecurity solutions and controls tailored to address our clients’ challenges
• Solving hands-on technical OT security challenges concerning the security of operational technology and industrial environments
• Assessing and advising our clients both technically and procedurally on improvements within the area of OT security. This can include e.g. advising on the implementation of technical security solutions for clients, performing OT security site assessments and/or technical OT security tests
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with stakeholders and clients by collaborating closely to understand their business needs and ensuring all engagements meet the highest quality standards
• Supporting proposal development, including responding to RFPs and contributing to business development activities related to potential projects and engagements
