As the role is Nordic, we are interested in candidates from all four Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway). You will take a leading role in expanding the Nordic footprint for Oracle HCM.
Your primary focus will be across the spectrum from commercial activities and practice development to delivery and management of Oracle HCM implementation – such as....
- Market Assessment & Strategy: Identifying Oracle HCM opportunities across the Nordic region and developing targeted go-to-market strategies
- Sales & Business Development: Leading the sales process from pipeline and lead generation to proposal development (RFI/RFP), presentations, and negotiations
- Delivery Excellence: Managing and delivering complex, end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction
- Team Building & Development: Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team of Oracle HCM consultants and specialists
- Capability Development: Building thought leadership, tools, methodologies, and accelerators that strengthen Deloitte’s position in Oracle HCM advisory
- Practice Operations: Workforce planning, capability uplift/training, quality assurance, and risk management
The role goes beyond consulting sales and delivery - it involves building a consulting practice from the ground up based on Deloitte standards and culture i.e. developing talent and creating market-leading solutions that address the evolving Oracle HCM landscape – within the Deloitte.
