Identity and Access Management Architect/Engineer

As an Identity and Access Management Architect/Engineer, you’ll lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex IAM solutions for leading organizations. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to define identity architectures, oversee implementations, and ensure successful deployment and ongoing operation of IAM technologies. Your role spans the full lifecycle—from architecture and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support. You’ll contribute at both strategic levels (defining IAM strategies) and tactical levels (hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, optimization). In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Designing high-level and detailed IAM architectures aligned with business objectives, and leading industry practices across all domains.
• Architecting, implementing, and integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications, directories, cloud platforms, and third-party identity providers.
• Defining IAM use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, technical specifications, and system specifications for optimal performance and security.
• Conducting technical training sessions with client IAM teams and producing comprehensive technical documentation for solution operations and maintenance.

Overseeing implementation, supporting prerequisites, providing production hyper-care, and troubleshooting complex authentication, access policy, and provisioning issues.
