Key Responsibilities

- Aligning customer strategy with business objectives.
- Planning and executing strategies, establishing, measuring, and following up on KPI frameworks.

- Offering Development: Lead the development of customer & commercial strategy offerings, methodologies, and points of view.
- Business Development: Build client relationships, lead sales teams, and craft market propositions and shape proposals to client needs.
- Project Delivery: Manage project teams and deliver impactful client projects.
