The Opportunity 

Join Deloitte’s Nordic Sales Excellence team as a Sales Coach & Facilitator and shape the future of how we engage with clients. You’ll be a strategic business partner in shaping sales initiatives, designing immersive client experiences, and coaching high-performing teams in sales planning and execution. Through these labs and initiatives, the goal is to help the business drive pipeline growth, deal size growth and strengthening relationships with key decision makers. 

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy and coaching, facilitation excellence, and client impact. 

What You’ll Do 

Coach & Facilitate – Prepare and lead client labs, workshops, and strategic sessions with the purpose of driving real business outcomes and enable conditions to pursue the right bets  
Build Capabilities – Establish best practices in sales planning and pipeline management; mentor teams to excellence 
Drive Innovation – Create bespoke, dynamic experiences that transform how clients engage with Deloitte 
Lead Stakeholder Engagement – Rapidly connect with leadership and delivery teams to orchestrate  seamless, client-centric experiences to increase client intimacy with client c-suite stakeholders and drive pipeline growth.
