Distribution Sales Manager (On-site)

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a self-driven, target-oriented individual with a talent for business development and channel account managment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, recruit and onboard new distributors in assigned regions/market
- Achieve revenue and growth targets through distribution partners
- Support distributors with product launches, promotions and go to market plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams ( FAE/PM, Oversea factories, Customer Service, planning, logistics) to support distributors.
- Monitor distributor performance (sales results, stock levels, market coverage)
- Organize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with key partners and provide regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Analyze distributor sales data and track KPI ( Growth, budget achievement and new business wins.)
- Negotiate commercial terms in distribution agreement.
- On-site support at exhibitions and events.
- Regular distributor visits and joint end-user visits to drive engagement and performance.
