Key Account Manager - Power Supply DACH region

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth for Delta’s Power Supply business in the DACH region. The role focuses on opening new accounts, identifying new applications, and shaping early-stage opportunities, rather than purely managing existing key accounts.
The position is suitable for candidates with 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or application-oriented roles within power electronics or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for power supply solutions across the DACH region.
- Actively approach new customers, applications, and decision-makers to create early engagement.
- Own the front-end of the sales process (lead generation, qualification, opportunity definition).
- Drive feasibility discussions and early technical alignment together with application engineering.
- Support selected customers or accounts until handover to Key Account Management, or continue managing them where appropriate.
- Analyze market trends, applications, and competitor positioning to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain a structured opportunity pipeline and provide market feedback to internal teams.
- Represent Delta at customer meetings, workshops, and relevant industry events.
