About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Owner to lead the roadmap, design, and delivery of Dentons’ global Talent Systems platform. In this senior role, you will be the design authority and subject matter expert, ensuring the SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, and more) supports our global people strategy.

You will collaborate with HR leaders, IT teams, and external partners to drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver measurable value. This role reports to the Global Senior Manager, Talent Systems and offers a unique opportunity to shape the HR technology landscape of the world’s largest law firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the global SuccessFactors roadmap and system governance.
  • Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and release management across multiple modules.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and global/local labor requirements.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT leaders to align technology with business needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
  • Oversee data quality, reporting, and workforce analytics.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing global team of specialists.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ HRIS/ERP experience, including 5+ years with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in at least 3 modules (e.g., Employee Central, Compensation, LMS).
  • Strong knowledge of global HR processes and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven track record in system implementations, enhancements, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in multinational or professional services organizations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications strongly preferred.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) a plus.
