Senior Marketing Data Analyst

JOB PURPOSE

Our team develops complex digital analysis and reporting solutions that help our clients better understand their users, thereby improving the user journey and their services. You enjoy supporting the digital analytics projects of our major clients both technically and strategically, constantly expanding your knowledge in the process. Together with our clients, you will develop KPIs, complex tracking systems, and combine external data sources in meaningful dashboards to make the effects of their digital marketing measures visible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and configure tag management systems (eg. GTM) to ensure accurate data collection;
• Develop measurement plans in collaboration with clients;
• Troubleshoot and fix data discrepancies & tracking issues;
• Conduct audits of data collection setups;
• Collaborate with development teams to develop and maintain tracking across digital platforms;
• Use data visualisation tools (eg. Looker Studio, Power BI) to present data in an easily understandable format;
• Consult with clients and help them take their analytics setup to the next level.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 4 years of experience in a data role, preferably in an agency environment;
• Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Piwik Pro, etc.) and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium);
• Comprehensive experience with reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau);
• Well-founded technical knowledge: SQL, Python, and Google Cloud;
• Knowledge of fundamental concepts in digital marketing;
• Experience with cloud-based databases (preferably Google BigQuery) and data infrastructure
• Directly available to start working in one of the following locations: Skopje, Zagreb, Split or Madrid;
• Full working proficiency in the English language.
