Tosca Automation Engineer

Position - Tosca Automation Engineer
Location - PA


We are looking for experienced Quality Engineers with strong test automation expertise using Tricentis Tosca to support P&C Insurance applications. The role involves hands-on testing across the UI, API, and Database layers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca
• AS1, AS2 Tosca certification
• Perform functional, regression, and system testing for P&C insurance applications
• Validate business workflows across BOP, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, and General Liability
• Execute and validate API testing (REST services)
• Perform database testing, including data validation and backend verification
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Manage test cases, defects, and execution using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners
• Ensure high test coverage and adherence to quality standards
• Good to have experience in other Automation tools such as Selenium

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in test automation using Tricentis Tosca
• Solid background in automation frameworks using Selenium, Postman, and REST Assured
• Solid understanding of P&C Insurance domain (BOP, WC, Commercial Auto, General Liability)
• Hands-on experience with API testing (REST)
• Experience with database testing (SQL queries, data validation)
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test and defect management
• Experience working in Agile Scrum methodology
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
