What You´ll Do

• Manage procurement and supply chain activities for R&D projects and small-series production
• Track multiple orders, components, and material demands simultaneously to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and production staff to meet delivery deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and stock levels in internal systems
• Support sourcing of specialized or hard-to-find components, balancing cost, quality, and timing
• Assist in developing and implementing supply chain processes and SOPs
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure procurement aligns with project priorities

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• Recent graduate in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or related field, or a junior professional eager to make an impact
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and confidence liaising with suppliers and internal teams
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and digital tracking tools; ERP experience is a plus
• Fluency in English and German is desired, French is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing challenges
