About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to support the rollout and continuous evolution of our Growth Hub, a global skill intelligence platform. As part of one of our top HR strategic priorities, this platform plays a pivotal role in driving transparency over employee skills, facilitating skill transformation, and enhancing internal mobility across the organization.
This role is focused on product management, digital adoption, and project coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between technical teams, business requirements, and platform implementation. Your work will directly impact the platform's ability to drive user engagement and satisfaction while enabling stakeholders to achieve their talent management goals.
Your tasks:
- Coordinate Implementation: Lead the rollout of growthhub across various global entities, including organizing solution demos, scoping workshops, integration coordination, change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the cutover to production.
- Engage with Internal Experts: Work alongside cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Privacy, Operations) to ensure smooth collaboration and integration with other systems, while adhering to organizational standards and policies.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage the vendor relationship, overseeing the platform's configuration, testing, and ensuring readiness for go-live.
- Align Technical Solutions with Business Needs: Act as the bridge between the technical implementation team and product management to ensure that the platform meets business requirements and provides value to the organization.
- Support Product Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to refine the product backlog, prioritize improvements, and continuously enhance the platform’s features based on stakeholder feedback and emerging needs.
- Maximize Platform Adoption: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure that growthhub is effectively integrated into the company’s operations and used by employees, driving engagement, skill tracking, and internal mobility.
