WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Internal Product Manager has responsibility for the complete Life Cycle Management of one or more of internal people development products. Holder of the position steers all necessary steps – from ideation to prototyping, up to design, implementation, operations and phase-out of a product. Internal Product Manager takes on the communication (also across team boundaries) and cooperations with all relevant stakeholders on a global scale.
Key accountabilities
- Initiate and manage new product developments
- Plan and coordinate product introductions
- Is able to devise and align a thrilling communication strategy
- Ensure close consultation of internal customers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Consult internal stakeholders on skilling related topics
- Carry out and analyze benchmarks in the context of product optimization
- Analyze business needs and align them cross company wide
- Ensure overall quality and economical guidelines and constantly optimize the product towards this criteria
- Manage complex projects in an agile environment
- Contribute to the content of the (re)design of learning initiatives
- Steer internal vendors and partners for the service delivery scope
- Form and maintain learning communities
- Actively promote the products and activities inside and outside the organization
- Ensure connection of learners in a community setup
- Drive commitment throughout the learning journey of all participants
- Have connection with senior subject matter experts and connect them to the learners during the journey
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking E2E Solution Architect to help shape the future of IoT solutions in the telecommunications space. This role is for innovators, problem-solvers, and team players who want to design and deliver solutions that connect people, devices, and industries in new and impactful ways.
Our team provides end-to-end mobile network engineering for the Deutsche Telekom Group, covering core, transport, and RAN domains, as well as driving business model innovation. We lead the engineering work that powers the launch of new IoT services worldwide. You’ll be based in Warsaw with occasional travel to Germany (up to 10%).
As a member of the IoT Solution Design Team, you may also act as the technical representative in RFQs where Deutsche Telekom participates as a supplier—assessing feasibility, coordinating technical inputs from various teams, and supporting Proofs of Concept. You will work closely with customers, business teams, sales, and technology groups to fully understand requirements and deliver optimal solution designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end solution architectures and high-level designs (HLD) for customer IoT demands
- Evaluate solutions during the demand management or RFQ phases
- Estimate required resources and costs for proposed solutions
- Conduct feasibility analyses for new requests
- Plan budgets for new solutions
- Provide guidance on the effective use of solutions and architectures to meet business outcomes and comply with architecture guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, network planning, and operations to ensure successful delivery
- Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions
- Work with other architects to ensure alignment and delivery across programs and projects
- Support contract preparation and create high-quality technical documentation
- Identify fields of innovation and future technologies, actively supporting realization within the company and the industry
