Head of Digital Enabler (m/f/d)

• Lead and develop an experienced team of digital professionals.

• Translate business needs into practical digital solutions together with stakeholders across Deutsche Telekom. 
• Own the end-to-end delivery of your service portfolio, ensuring quality, performance and customer satisfaction. 
• Build trusted partnerships with internal customers, senior leaders and international stakeholders. 
• Manage budgets, forecasts and resources while balancing business priorities with people development. 
• Foster an environment where innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement become part of everyday work. 
• Coach, mentor and inspire your team, helping individuals grow while delivering excellent business results.
