Job Overview
We are looking for a OFFICE ASSISTANT to join and be a part of our global Office Management Team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain help to global teams such as Service and IT,
- Manage all correspondence with Teknopark management,
- Oversee logistics and document traffic: manage courier relations and check the P.O. box,
- Handle reception duties: answer phone calls and welcome visitors,
- Organize business travel and accommodation for local staff and office visitors,
- Manage the office kitchen: assess needs, provide groceries, and maintain facilities,
- Ensure order and cleanliness in the office: coordinate routine cleaning with third-party services,
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and maintain adequate stock,
- Administer the corporate library: register paper books, and maintain records of e-books,
- Perform other tasks and assignments delegated by the immediate supervisor, in line with qualifications.
