Job Overview
We are looking for an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and ensure compliance with labor legislation across multiple regions. The role combines operational HR responsibilities with HRIS (Workday) administration, policy development, and employee relations.
We expect the HR Generalist to:
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, induction, offboarding, HR records, and compliance with local laws;
- Administer Workday (HCM, Reporting, Absence, etc.), ensuring data accuracy and providing user support;
- Develop and maintain HR policies in alignment with global strategy and local legislation;
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, supporting engagement, inclusion, and retention initiatives;
- Coordinate compensation and benefits administration and support audits (e.g., SOC2).
