Residential End of Tenancy Cleaners | (Chichester, Crawley, Worthing, Brighton, Bristol)

A growing cleaning company is looking for experienced Residential EOT Cleaners to assist with residential rental property changeovers.

This role focuses on cleaning homes once tenants have moved out.

Duties

• Cleaning vacant residential properties

• Cleaning kitchens, appliances, and ovens

• Bathroom cleaning including mould and limescale removal

• Cleaning windows, doors, skirting boards, and floors

• Preparing homes for new tenants

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)
