Professional Nominee Director

About the Role:

We are looking for a Professional Nominee Director to support a company with basic corporate compliance requirements.

This is a part-time, non-operational role with minimal involvement. The initial setup may take 1–2 hours, followed by occasional tasks throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the appointed UK Nominee Director.

• Sign relevant company and bank account documents remotely.

• Assist with occasional corporate compliance requirements.

Compensation:

£100 - £125 per month.
