Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain ServiceNow on-premise servers.
• Manage Linux operating systems and ensure server performance and stability.
• Administer databases including MySQL and Oracle.
• Configure and maintain load balancers, networking components, and SSL certificates.
• Monitor system health and perform troubleshooting to ensure high availability.
• Implement security best practices and manage patches/updates.
• Collaborate with application and IT teams to support platform enhancements and upgrades.

• CIS (Certified Information Systems)
