Google Cloud Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Google Cloud Security Engineer to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our cloud security team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures for our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.

• Develop and implement security strategies to protect our GCP environment
• Configure and manage GCP security services and tools to ensure optimal protection
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans of our cloud infrastructure
• Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) policies
• Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, performing root cause analysis
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends, threats, and mitigation techniques
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
