Job Overview
- Ensure the high availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms.
- Manage the platform lifecycle, including defining and executing controlled upgrade plans for Jira, Confluence, and associated plugins.
- Handle advanced troubleshooting and maintain a low number of major incidents through proactive monitoring.
- Test and validate all updates while ensuring seamless plugin compatibility (e.g., Exalate).
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage core technical components, including Linux servers, databases, storage, Data Center clusters, and load balancers.
- Provide deep technical expertise on Atlassian tools and their integration with third-party applications like ServiceNow, Splunk, and other Atlassian instances.
- Enforce Atlassian administration best practices and participate actively in configuration governance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure operational continuity.
