We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Full Stack Developer with a specialized focus on AI enablement and a rigorous approach to engineering. This role is designed for an engineer who thrives on building clean, high-quality software while pushing the boundaries of technology through MLOps and machine learning. You will join a fast-paced, motivated team of engineers, designers, and product managers dedicated to "shifting quality and security to the left." We are looking for a developer who embraces Spec Driven Development (SDD) as a foundation for excellence and possesses a relentless mindset for automation. You must be able to leverage technology to eliminate manual toil while maintaining absolute assurance in system reliability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Excellence: Lead the creation and implementation of Spec Driven Development (SDD) to ensure all features and AI integrations are well-architected, scalable, and documented before execution.

• Product Development: Design, build, ship, and maintain the Fulcrum web platform, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality product features and exceptional UI/UX.

• Intelligent Automation: Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual processes across the engineering lifecycle, using AI and custom tooling to increase velocity without compromising system integrity.

• AI Solutioning: Engage with internal customers to design, prototype, and document AI models that solve specific challenges, presenting solutions to the AI guild for review.

• MLOps & Quality Assurance: Implement and enhance MLOps practices to streamline model deployment; ensure that all automated workflows include robust validation layers to maintain high assurance and compliance.

• Quality & Maintenance: Maintain high code quality standards through rigorous peer reviews, proactively addressing security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.

Qualifications:

• Full Stack Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer delivering software products, with at least 3 years focused on full-time web development.

• Design & Documentation: Proven ability to work with and author Spec Driven Development (SDD), translating complex requirements into clear technical blueprints.

• Automation Mindset: Demonstrated experience in automating workflows, testing, or deployments, with a focus on maintaining high-assurance environments.

• AI/ML Specialization: At least 6 months of proven experience in AI, machine learning, and MLOps, with a strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and optimization using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes), AI Engineering Sagemaker(AWS), Vertex AI(Google) .

• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and guide cross-functional sessions.

• AI/ML & Automation: TensorFlow, PyTorch, AI coding agents (GitHub Copilot), and CI/CD automation tools.
