About the role

We are looking for a Part-time Senior Salesforce Administrator (80 hours monthly) with deep experience in Sales Cloud, strong business acumen, and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the Salesforce platform but also how to translate business needs into efficient, scalable solutions.

Key Responsabilities

  • Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Sales Cloud environments.

  • Design, build, and maintain Flows, automations, and declarative solutions aligned with business processes.

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable system changes.

  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data integrity across the organization.

  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and security policies.

  • Support release management, testing, and deployment of new functionality.

  • Partner with business teams to identify process improvements and proactively recommend Salesforce-based solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (preferably in Sales Cloud environments).

  • Advanced experience with Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows).

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification are mandatory

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM data structure.

  • Experience working with bilingual or international teams (B2-C1)

  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Service Cloud, CPQ, or Experience Cloud.

  • Familiarity with data migration tools and reporting/dashboards.

  • Prior experience in consulting environments or supporting U.S.-based clients.

  • English level B2-C1

  • Salesforce admin certification or related
