About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. This role requires a hands-on engineer capable of building high-quality front-end interfaces and robust back-end services, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features.

The ideal candidate is passionate about learning new technologies, writing clean and maintainable code, and contributing to high-performing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React, React Native, or Angular depending on project scope.

• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and frameworks such as Loopback.

• Integrate applications with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

• Ensure code quality through proper testing practices, including unit, integration, and automated tests.

• Deploy and maintain applications in AWS environments.

• Support CI/CD workflows, continuous integration, and automated deployment pipelines.

• Monitor application performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency across cloud services.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product) to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

• Communicate clearly with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding technical decisions and project progress.

• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the engineering team.

• Perform code reviews, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and best practices.

• Identify performance issues, propose improvements, and ensure scalable architecture design.

• Contribute to documentation of systems, APIs, workflows, and architecture.

Must Have Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and distributed services.technical decisions and project progress.

• Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, component-based architectures.

• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.

• Hands-on experience deploying applications on AWS.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Test-Driven Development.

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high ownership.

  Nice to have Requirements

• Experience with React Native for mobile development.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation.

• Background in project coordination or Scrum Master responsibilities.

• Experience migrating or refactoring legacy codebases.

• Contributions to open-source projects or personal technical projects.
