Summary
DevSavant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of complex client-facing technical projects within our Professional Services organization. This role involves orchestrating cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project delivery, and providing visibility to internal stakeholders and external clients. The TPM will also play a key role in managing relationships with Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts by uncovering new usage opportunities and delivering consistent value updates.

Roles & Responsibilities
A Project Manager is well organized and a great communicator. Responsibilities include:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of complex Professional Services engagements.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, scope documents, and risk registers.
Monitor progress across multiple projects and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Lead project kick-offs, weekly status meetings, and post-implementation reviews.
Work closely with Professional Services Engineers to assign tasks, remove blockers, and drive momentum.
Serve as the main point of contact for client project updates and escalations.
Provide structured, consistent communication to clients regarding project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to identify future needs, potential upsell opportunities, and long-term value paths.
Deliver reports and recommendations to large MSP customers, highlighting usage insights and optimization strategies.
Utilize Jira for backlog management, and issue tracking.
Track and report on project time and using Toggl.
Improve workflows and implement best practices for technical project delivery within the PS team.
Partner with internal stakeholders to improve project tracking dashboards and client reporting processes.
Requirements
As a team member on the Solutions Engineering team, the TPM should require minimal supervision as related to all aspects of the position and should be capable of working independently to complete all related tasks. It is also expected that the TPM interacts professionally with colleagues, partners, and customers. The TPM must meet agreed-upon work times and deadlines.
3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a SaaS or consulting environment.
Demonstrated success leading technical client-facing projects and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
Strong experience using Jira, Toggl, and other project and time management tools.
Familiarity with field data collection, GIS platforms, or enterprise integrations is a plus.
Proven ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable updates for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
