Job Overview

Devsinc is looking for a motivated Associate AI/ML Engineer who wants to learn and grow in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning. You’ll work with senior engineers to train, fine-tune, and deploy AI models for real-world projects like chatbots, image generation, and recommendation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in training and fine-tuning AI models (LLMs, Vision-Language Models, and Diffusion models) under senior guidance.
  • Support the development of Computer Vision applications, including object detection, and image classification.
  • Help design and maintain data preprocessing and ingestion pipelines for model training and evaluation.
  • Participate in deploying and testing models via APIs (FastAPI, Flask) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Contribute to MLOps tasks, experiment tracking, model versioning, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate pre-trained or third-party models (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) into production use cases.
  • Stay up to date with the latest tools and frameworks in AI, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 06 to 12 Months (internship, freelance, or academic project experience in AI/ML).
  • Strong foundation in Python programming and core libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Good understanding of ML algorithms, data preprocessing, and evaluation metrics.
  • Familiarity with model training and fine-tuning concepts (transformers, CNNs, diffusion models, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of statistics, probability, and data analysis concepts.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly.
  • Understanding of version control systems like Git/GitHub.
  • Exposure to REST APIs, FastAPI, or Flask is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
