As a Supervisor, reporting to the Food Services manager, you will perform a variety of operational and administrative tasks supporting the unit. The schedule for the role would include day, evening and weekend shifts.

- Planning and scheduling staff, ensuring adequate coverage to meet business needs
- Training staff members in best practices while further developing their skills
- Cross-trained to work in the Marek Cafe while assisting the other areas of the unit
- Completing and upholding food safety standards and procedures
- Responsible for cash management and supporting the Manager in the cash process
- Performing physical inventories, adequately maintaining the level of stock at the unit
- Oversee and respond to customer and employee concerns using tact and good judgement
