WHAT’S THE JOB?

The General Helper position is critical to the success of the culinary team. In a kitchen support role, the General Helper works a variety of shifts throughout the day and acts as the fuel that keeps the kitchen running smoothly. Kitchen support workers will complete various tasks throughout the day based on their shift schedule and time of day. This posting is intended to build a pool of qualified candidates for future opportunities. The position involves a remote work lifestyle in a camp setting with the following amenities:

• All meals and accommodations are provided 
• Private room with cable television 
• Access to Wi-Fi 
• Access to laundry facilities and detergents 
• Access to a gym and common areas 

Key responsibilities include:

• Wash, scrub, clean, and sanitize designated kitchen and dining areas
• Clean kitchen and dining room floors and tables
• Clean refrigerators, ovens, and other kitchen equipment
• Wash pots, dishes, glasses, cups, etc., after each meal and as required
• Deep cleaning as required
• Restock and rotate desserts, sandwiches, beverages, and condiments
• Assist in loading, unloading, and placing supplies and inventory
• Assist in making grab-and-go food items
• Ensure health and safety regulations and quality standards are maintained
