Job Overview

For a multinational company with a solid track record and regional presence, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the leadership team in Costa Rica.

What will be your challenge?

To play a key support role to the leadership team, combining administrative organization, agenda management, and involvement in internal initiatives and events.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive commitments.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive documentation.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials.

  • Provide general administrative support and track expenses.

  • Support the organization of internal events and team initiatives.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and well-organized experience.

  • Act as an internal point of contact for administrative and operational support.

What profile are we looking for?

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, or management support roles.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented profile, with a high level of autonomy.

  • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.

  • Solid command of digital tools (Office, calendars, video conferencing platforms).

  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
