This position is based out of the NYC flagship showroom. The Senior Sales Manager is a senior retail leader responsible for driving sales and achieving targets across four stores. This role includes training team performance, ensuring client excellence, and managing global VIP clientele for consistent, high-level performance.

This position is based out of the NYC flagship showroom. The Senior Sales Manager is a senior retail leader responsible for driving sales and achieving targets across four stores. This role includes training team performance, ensuring client excellence, and managing global VIP clientele for consistent, high-level performance.
Responsibilities
- Elevate client experience and conversion metrics within the region through talent development, brand training, and driving overall sales strategy.
- Manage VIC relationships and experience and refine custom outreach strategies to increase repeat purchase, utilizing CRM insights to drive high-value sales and enhance VIP experiences.
- Oversees the implementation of all learning and development initiatives across their VRAI showrooms, including the cadence for onboarding, training, and ramp-up for Showroom Managers and Diamond Experts.
- Is held accountable for their personal sales and conversion, combined stores' sales, and KPI performance; holds each showroom and team member accountable to clear targets and consistent execution.
- Travels regularly to showrooms to provide in-person coaching, oversight, and leadership presence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of management experience in a luxury retail environment, minimum
- Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment
- Diamond and jewelry expertise strongly preferred
- Independent, motivated, and well-organized
- Available weekends
