Executive Summary

The ideal candidate combines technical literacy in geophysical services with disciplined commercial execution, strong client communication, and structured process ownership across the full sales cycle.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Opportunity Identification & Qualification - Identify and develop new sales opportunities aligned with Dias service offerings and strategic objective
  2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management - Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients to support repeat business and long-term partnerships
  3. Proposal/Costing Leadership, Commercial Negotiation & Contract Closeout  Internal Project Management responsibilities in addition to leading commercial negotiations
  4. Sales Process & CRM Management - Maintain up-to-date opportunity status, documentation, and client communications within the CRM
  5. Client Feedback & Post Project Engagement - Capture client insights, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement.  Feed relevant feedback back into sales, operations, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Earth Sciences, Geophysics, Geology, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline preferable
  • Minimum of 5 years client-facing experience, preferably in the mineral exploration industry
  • Proven experience working closely with technical and operations teams in a project based, service delivery environment
  • Experience preparing and delivering technical proposals and client presentations
  • Working understanding of hard rock geophysical survey methods and their application in mineral exploration or subsurface imaging
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to support client engagement and business development activities (i.e. conferences)

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in additional languages considered an asset, particularly in support of Dias’s international operations
  • Proficiency in preparing written proposals, presentations, and reports to internal quality standards
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into commercially relevant client solutions
  • Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, client communication, and internal workflows across the sales cycle
