Technical Skills:

• Excellent understanding of payroll principles and systems (ADP GV).
• Located in Mexico – Guadalajara. Experienced in payroll USA
• Knowledge of time tracking systems (Workday)
• Mailbox monitoring
• Monitor Payroll Cycles
• Answer tickets on customer response center and attend escalations.
• Excellent collaboration & teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in automations.
• English Proficiency.
• Excel – Advanced.
• Power BI
• Analytics skills

Certifications Needed:

• 2+ years of project management
• 2+ years' experience in Payroll

******Salary $23,000 Pesos per month*****
