This role provides system and process support for the printing department by analyzing specific data and ensuring smooth operational workflows. The position requires strong analytical abilities and solid administrative skills to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures.
Years of experience needed: 0–2
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- 0- 2 years of experience in an experimentation analyst role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellence in written communication both in English and Spanish.
Certifications Needed:
- Graduate Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Activities:
- Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and internal teams.
- Prioritize workload. High attention to detail, organization and administration skills.
- Thrives working in a fast paced environment, demonstrates a high sense of urgency. Meeting with Specific Schedules for coverage of assigned activities.
- Process requests for adding new customers into the system, ensuring all required documentation and information are complete.
- Maintain and update customer records regularly, verifying accuracy and consistency across databases.
- Review and correct information based on end‑of‑installation reports to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer data, applying corrective actions promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and ensure smooth transitions during customer setup.
- Generate and update administrative reports to track customer onboarding progress and data integrity.
- Any other activities or tasks related or complementary to the main activities.
