We are looking for a HR Generalist who will act as a key HR reference for managers and teams across the region. This role will report directly to the LATAM General Manager
and functionally to the Regional HR Manager.
β What will your day-to-day look like?
- Oversee payroll providers in each country to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Ensure all HR documentation, contracts, and policies comply with local labor regulations and Group governance.
- Execute employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance and data accuracy across all HR systems.
- Negotiate with agencies and partners, optimize costs, and strengthen the employer brand in the region.
- Actively participate in global projects, such as the implementation of the new HRIS (2026).
- Drive onboarding and integration programs.
- Support managers in development, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers, ensuring decisions align with local legislation and company values.
- Contribute to workforce planning, organizational structure, and performance discussions.
- Coordinate regional recruitment processes, working with hiring managers to ensure consistency with Group guidelines and hiring policies.
