Responsibilities
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of IT projects across client environments.
- Performing Microsoft 365 configuration and migrations, including Intune, Defender, and Entra.
- Supporting SaaS migrations (e.g., Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, Dropbox to SharePoint, etc.).
- Managing and updating documentation for client environments.
- Collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Providing technical support and implementation assistance for on-premises infrastructure such as Hyper-V, Active Directory, VPNs, and Firewalls.
- Contributing to project scoping and coordination tasks as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience delivering projects within an IT, MSP, or TSP environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (Intune, Defender, Entra).
- Experience with on-prem server and network infrastructure (Microsoft Hyper-V, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, VPNs, Firewalls).
- Understanding of Domains, DNS, and the DMARC protocol.
- Demonstrated experience writing and maintaining clear technical documentation.
- Microsoft 365 administration and migration tools.
- DNS and domain management platforms.
- Network management and remote access tools.
- Experience with Datto Autotask, Datto RMM, and ITGlue.
- Familiarity with WatchGuard and/or UniFi networking equipment.
- Previous experience working for an MSP/TSP in a project engineer or project coordinator role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
