The Digital Team is partnering with one of their client companies to hire a Sales and Admin Development Representative. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a small, collaborative, and people-focused sales team. This role plays a key part in driving sales growth by nurturing meaningful relationships, generating and qualifying leads, and ensuring smooth coordination of both the sales pipeline and administrative functions. The emphasis is on prioritizing strategic, high-potential opportunities over high-volume outreach.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in sales principles, excellent administrative capabilities, and preferably experience within the real estate, property-tech, or related industries.
Shift: Early morning 7:30 AM IST (12 PM AEST QLD)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Development and Lead Qualification
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound activities (calls, email, social media) to target prospective clients and generate new business opportunities
- Lead Qualification: Research and qualify leads to assess their needs, pain points, budget, and readiness, ensuring they fit the ideal customer profile.
- Appointment Setting: Successful call sheet of qualified prospects; calls with follow-up discovery meetings.
- Real Estate Expertise: leverage prior knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends and typical challenges to tailor conversations and messaging.
- Nurturing: Follow up with leads who are not yes sales-ready, providing relevant information to nurture relationships until they are qualified.
- Administrative and CRM Management
- CRM Management: build and maintain impeccable and up-to-date records in the CRM, including deal status, activity logs, contact information, and detailed notes from prospect interactions
- Sales Documentation: Prepare and organize essential sales materials, interviews write-ups, sales contracts and client-facing documents.
- Reporting: track and report on key SDR metrics and administrative efficiency to leadership.
- Calendar and Coordination: Manage and coordinate complex meeting schedules between all involved stakeholders.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with the coordination of sales campaigns (e.g. Meta Ads), follow up on marketing generated.
Required Experience/Skills
- Experience/Role Essential Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in sales and recruitment, ideally in the real estate industry (would also consider 2 years' experience for someone that is an ace at relationship building)
- Tech Savvy: proficiency in CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience with sales engagement tools is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Real Estate Background: previous experience working with a real estate office, property management company, or a technology vendor serving the real estate industry is strongly preferred (e.g. Volt, Ignite).
- Sales Admin in Real Estate (experience writing contracts)
- Industry Knowledge: Familia with real estate terminology, the sales listing lifecycle, and common pain points for real estate professionals
- Exposure to social media campaigns for lead generation (i.e. Meta Ads)
- Interest in technology, new trends, and AI related to this industry
