We are seeking a certified Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant with extensive experience configuring the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) modules. The ideal candidate will have led or contributed to migration projects from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly for large global enterprises with complex financial operations.
We are seeking a certified Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant with extensive experience configuring the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) modules. The ideal candidate will have led or contributed to migration projects from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly for large global enterprises with complex financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and implementation of AR and AP modules in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Design and document end-to-end migration processes from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Perform data mapping, cleansing, and validation for AR/AP migration.
- Configure workflows, payment schedules, invoice processing, credit management, and vendor management.
- Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during implementation and post-go-live.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with external systems (e.g., banking, inventory).
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Required Qualifications
- Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics AX/D365 F&O implementation.
- Proven experience in AR/AP configuration and migration from AX 2012.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Experience working with global enterprise clients across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Desirable Skills
- Experience with DIXF/DMF tools for data migration.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting.
- Ability to lead workshops and training sessions.
