The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that position the company as a leading systems integrator in Cyber Security, Enterprise Networking, Compute, and Storage solutions. This role will specifically oversee the implementation, optimization, and day-to-day management of HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional, ensuring that demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement programs are delivered effectively.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that position the company as a leading systems integrator in Cyber Security, Enterprise Networking, Compute, and Storage solutions. This role will specifically oversee the implementation, optimization, and day-to-day management of HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional, ensuring that demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement programs are delivered effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the implementation and management of HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional, including:
- CRM integration (likely to be Dynamics 365 Sales but also open to other options).
- Landing pages on branded subdomains.
- Nurture workflows and automated sequences.
- Lead scoring (role, company size, engagement).
- ABM dashboards, account engagement tracking, and alerts.
- Build campaign reporting dashboards, including multi-touch attribution.
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads integrations within HubSpot.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads.
- Support Sales with personalized outreach templates, AI-assisted emails, and tracking in Outlook/M365.
- Collaborate with vendors (Cisco, Check Point, CyberArk, SentinelOne, Claroty, HPE, etc.) to deliver joint marketing programs.
- Manage MDF-funded campaigns and provide ROI reporting to vendors.
- Deliver account-based marketing programs tailored to enterprise buying committees (CxO and technical stakeholders).
- Manage the company’s digital presence, including consistent content generation and posting across the company website (e.g., case studies, solution briefs, refreshed web content) and corporate/leadership LinkedIn pages, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Identify, plan, and manage events and activities to drive customer engagement, including webinars, industry conferences, and partner-led events.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) across marketing activities.
- Own the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, integrations, chatbots, enrichment tools), ensuring data integrity, alignment with CRM, and adoption across teams.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across advertising, events, content, and tools, with clear ROI reporting.
- Develop and maintain customer case studies, testimonials, and reference programs to support enterprise sales.
- Track campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and provide regular performance reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years marketing experience in IT solutions, systems integration, or technology vendors.
- Proven experience managing HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional (or Enterprise) end-to-end.
- HubSpot Certifications:
- Marketing Software (mandatory).
- Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and ABM (preferred).
- Revenue Operations or Reporting (bonus).
- Hands-on experience with:
- CRM platforms and integration with HubSpot.
- HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and ABM dashboards.
- Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (asset creation, content design).
- WordPress site and form integrations.
- Digital advertising: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
- Strong communication, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills.
