We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator L2/L3 to join our offshore team supporting customers across Australia, focusing on enterprise level infrastructure monitoring and response along with small to mid-tier fully managed customer environments.
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator L2/L3 to join our offshore team supporting customers across Australia, focusing on enterprise level infrastructure monitoring and response along with small to mid-tier fully managed customer environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and Patching of Windows Server and Endpoint Systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-based alerts and related issues.
- Respond to and work on customer escalations.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Solid understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Strong Virtualization administration experience (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, OpenStack).
- Familiarity with enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS).
- Familiarity with M365, and Entra ID.
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (switches, routers, SNMP).
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience with LogicMonitor.
- Experience with Commvault (or other Backup solutions/processes).
- Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS.
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and monitoring best practices.
- Exposure to application monitoring and dependency mapping.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
